The second phase of the Virtual 5k is now complete

Format used mirrors the usual NRRL which  we obviously had to abandon for 2020.

There were 6 ‘races’ in this series.

For the Individual Categories, the best 5 out of the ’6 races’ count

Medals awarded to the first 3 in each individual category.

An individual can win only one medal. Where an individual qualifies for more the one medal the higher one is awarded
