The 5 Mile County Road Championships will take place at the Wellinborough 5 on July 1oth ( 9am start).
Competitors must enter the race itself, but then register for the Championship as well (no extra cost).
Any Athlete who qualifies by being born in Norhamptonshire or who has 9 months continual residence in the County can enter
